If you are absent when the product is delivered, please be sure to contact the delivery company listed on the absentee card directly within the storage period (6 days after our shipment in principle).
If you do not receive your parcel beyond the storage period, your parcel will be returned to our warehouse and your order will be cancelled. If you would like to purchase the product, please order again.
In principle, we do not redeliver products that have returned to our warehouse due to reasons such as unknown address or long absence, but if we do redelivery, we will charge you a handling fee and shipping fee.
